Woah!

I can't believe how much time has gone by since my last post. It's been over a year and I don't even know what to say to justify the time gone by. Really, I cant' say it all so I'll say Nothing. I'll just start from now and begin afresh! (I just said afresh!)

Kaia's birthday is coming up and her and I had the opportunity to run down the street to Jensen Park to take some announcement photos. Kaia was, of course, my darling little angel model and I got to play photographer. I obviously have no idea what I'm doing, other than "look at the camera and say cheese" but I'm proud of my first attempt none-the-less. Here are some of the results:






The was so cute and darling - didn't mind changing her clothes 3 times. Didn't care about the "move this way" and "look this way" or "hold your head up this way" directions and instead told me "Mom! This is my funnest day ever!" Gosh I love this girl!

We decided on this one for her announcement:

I am so blessed and grateful to have such an incredible little girl to call my very own. I love my first-born with all my heart and can't imagine my life without her. I can't believe she's almost 8!
